I worked for the OPEN CASCADE company for more than 12 years, with 15+ years of experience in CAD development. Now I'm a self-employed CAD software developer, consultant, and researcher. I'm managing a small team of CAD developers, and we accept hourly-based work only if it exceeds a certain amount (100 hours and more).
